Warranty Terms & Conditions
At MRIaudio, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products that they can rely on. That’s why we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all of our products. If any parts are found to be defective in material or workmanship, we will repair or replace them at no cost to you. This document outlines the warranty coverage terms offered by MRIaudio, hereafter referred to as “the Company”, to the buyer, hereafter referred to as “the Customer”. These terms apply only to physical goods purchased from the Company.
Product-Specific Warranty Periods
Sonic Transducer:
The Sonic Transducer is covered by a limited lifetime warranty, which is defined as the reasonably expected lifetime of the new MRI scanner with which it is installed or the existing MRI scanner on which it is added.
MRIaudio Premium System (excepting the 3G Transducer):
The MRIaudio Premium System, and its sub-assemblies (e.g., PREM1001, PREM1002), are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Warranty Terms
This warranty is provided in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness or use. The Company warrants the products covered to be free of all defects in material and workmanship. Within the period of this warranty, the Company will:
- Repair or replace any product or part proven defective in material or workmanship or;
- Refund the purchase price of the product or part, at the Company’s discretion.
Any defective part subject to a warranty claim must be received by the Company within 10 business days of provision of written notification of the warranty claim; otherwise, the Customer will be billed the replacement part price.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any claims, losses, causes of action, obligations, or liabilities (“Claims”) incurred as a result of the use, installation, or operation of any product or part purchased by the Customer from the Company, except as expressly provided herein. The Company’s liability for any Claim or loss of any nature whatsoever shall in no event exceed the amount paid by the Customer to the Company for the product or part in question. The Company shall have no liability for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, Claims for lost profits, and the Customer expressly waives and releases any right to pursue to seek any such claims. The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any Claims by any third party arising from the resale, use, installation or operation of any product or part purchased by the Customer from the Company, including, but not limited to, claims for personal injury and property damage.
